Good Sunday Morning Cali Friends, what are you thankful for today?

Today I am thankful for...

1.  Being able to walk around the Lafayette Resevoir which I will be doing this morning with my gal pal.  It's simply gorgeous out this morning.

2.  Taking Rhonda's advice yesterday and doing something for me!  I bought my 2nd interview suit a size 14!  It's red with black trim on the jacket and black pants and it's uber cool!  Even more important, I feel uber cool when wearing it!!!

3.  One of my acquaintenaces at EU who got a job after a year out of work.  She is such a nice person who had worked for Sears for many, many years and was laid off.

Being in something that make us look good really makes us feel good too!

I am thankful for...

My surgery is still on for the 9th.  (Hopefully I will be over this cold so I can have it)

For my sweet and lovable grandson (who gave me this cold, but I got lots of hugs and kisses in the process)

That my husband did the grocery shopping this morning and let me stay home!

(I know I should not have let my grandson give me hugs and kiss when he had a cold but he is only 2 year old.  I could not say no to him!)

I am thankful for

that my sister has time to come and see me today.  She only lives 40 minutes from here, but it may as well be another state. 

that the family will be together today.  I miss not being close to everyone

Rhonda who took the time out of her busy schedule to come by and see my last night.  It's a big lonely bedroom

1. Not having a schedule until 5 pm today. 
2. Living near the beach when it's this hot
3. Fans!!!
4. The opportunity to go swimming today if I want to

1.  My family who I just adore. ( My daughter coming home from her Honeymoon.)

2.  My friends here on OH and my friends Who I will be with this afternoon.

3.  Our Heavenly Father, who never gives up on us and leads us in the right path of putting friends in our lives for a reason.
